Session 1: Troubleshooting with Info Exchange
Learn how to analyze application messages in TraceLink and reprocess corrected messages.
After this TraceLink University training session, customers will be able to:
- Describe how TraceLink processes the messages that are exchanged within applications.
- Use Info Exchange to locate errors, identify types of exceptions, and reprocess transactions after resolving issues.
Session 2: Troubleshooting Scenarios
Learn how to determine the possible causes of common exception scenarios and solve the problems using the tools in TraceLink.
After this TraceLink University training session, customers will be able to:
- Analyze multiple causes of two particular scenarios and how to solve them.
- Use monitoring tools within TraceLink applications to discover issues.
Session 3: Product Information Manager
Learn how TraceLink’s Product Information Manager application and functions allow you to verify saleable returns.
After this TraceLink University training session, customers will be able to:
- List the compliance requirements for US saleable returns.
- Describe how Product Information Manager is used to verify products with a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
- Use Product Information Exchange to view your verification history.
