New Transaction

Users can create a new transaction (PO, Inventory Balance, ASN, Invoice or other), populating it with transaction line item details, information about the customer and supplier, or other data as appropriate for the specific transaction, then submit the new transaction into the appropriate workflow while the system ensures that validation and access control rules are adhered to.

View / Edit Transaction

Users can view and edit a previously created transaction, modifying the line item details across the transaction, then saving the updates for submission into the appropriate workflow. Support is included for creating draft edits while the system ensures that validation and access control rules are adhered to in addition to managing an audit trail of all edits performed.

Search Transaction

Users can for transactions in the system, applying flexible filtering based on keyword, state, supplier, last modified and many other filtering criteria to quickly identify the specific transactions of interest to the user. Transactions identified through search can be immediately opened to reveal the transaction details for browsing, or can be opened for editing.
