There were metrics for everything. But when you look outside-in around the whole mental model of patient-centric, you start to realize that there’s really only one metric that counts, and that is: that the patient receives what they needed on time, in full. If we make the serialized product available in inventory form through the end-to-end supply chain, we now don’t have to have hundreds of days of inventory sitting around in the supply chain. We know where all the product is.
