# Configuring OSE Solutions

**Duration**: ~27 minutes

**Description**:

- Apply a disciplined lifecycle framework to manage solution updates through Edit, Test, and Release states.
- Use Major, Minor, and Patch versioning to classify breaking changes, new features, and small fixes.
- Choose the right reuse method, including Download for independent copies and Save As for customized copies.
- Perform Authorization Reconciliation to align Marketplace or Company solutions with updated Standard solution configurations.
- Validate solution readiness in a dedicated test process network before release.

This course is ideal for Solution Professionals and system configurators who understand basic setup concepts such as fields, workflows, roles, and pages, and are responsible for solution governance, lifecycle progression, and deployment across environments.
