This app also provides APIs to manage the supply chain process by editing the full master data record for a company, its locations, its Partners, and products. ## Release information This document describes the TraceLink capabilities included in the Master Data Exchange 2024.1 Roadmap release, which is available on Validation on 29 Feb 2024 and Production on 28 Mar 2024. The following apps are impacted by this release and will be updated to the version listed: - Master Data Exchange, version 2024.1Solutions supported by this app version: - Master Data, solution version 9.0 ### Revisions Date Revision Description 26 Feb 2024 01 Initial version. - 0 issues are added to Resolved issues. - 0 issues are added to Known issues. ## API features The following new or updated API functionality will be included in this release. ### Enable Company Location Linking in the Opus Web UI and via API This feature allows users with the role to link a company location to a network or an app using the new API. System Administrators must allow linking for a location before Application Administrators can link those locations to a network or app. A System Administrator can link their internal location to another company location or a trade partner who owns a TraceLink Network can link to a specific location within the company. For example, a trade partner who also owns a TraceLink Network can link to a specific location within your company to set up recall locations. To successfully link, a company location must match at least one identifier that TraceLink has for the company. If linking is enabled, Application Administrators that are allowed to create links and trade partners that you are connected to in Partner Master Data can link to a specific location. If a company location is already enabled or inactive, then the Allow Linking icon is disabled.
