The features below are in order of functional relevance (i.e. the typical order in which a user executes a function or task).  These release notes are subject to change based on the deployment of the release. In the event of changes, the release notes and any related documentation will be updated within one week of release deployment. Deployment completion can be confirmed in the TraceLink Release Notice email. ### Patch releases The following patches are released for this version: - Report Builder, version 2025.1.2 is available on Validation and Production on 10 Jun 2025. - Report Builder, version 2025.1.1 is available on Validation and Production on 09 Apr 2025. ### Revisions Date Revision Description 09 Apr 2025 01 Initial version. 14 Apr 2025 02 The following updates have been made since the previous revision was distributed: - Removed information from System Features section that does not apply to Report Builder releases 10 Jun 2025 03 Issue information for the Report Builder, version 2025.1.2 release is added: - 1 issue is added to the [Resolved issues](#Resolved). - 0 issues are added to the [Known issues](#Known). ## UI features The following new or updated functionality is included in this release. ### Navigate Across Reports, Dashboards, and View/Edit Pages This release allows users to navigate across reports, dashboards, and View/Edit pages in a single solution, without having to explicitly access OPUS Reports and Dashboards (ORD), even if the report is not present in the solution's side menu. Users can select a chart on a dashboard to display its report with the dashboard's filters applied, or right-click an element in a chart (e.g. a bar on a bar chart, a line on a line chart) and select Go to open the report filtered to only display that element's data. Users can also navigate directly from a report to an object's View/Edit page by selecting the object in the filter results. #### Impact analysis - Interface options: - Web UI - Business segment impacts: - All business segments (both Owners and Partners) ### Include Multiple Secondary, Tertiary, and Quaternary Objects in a Query Object This release allows Report Builders to create query objects that consist of one primary object and one or more secondary, tertiary, and quaternary objects, all of which are business objects in a selected TraceLink application. By expanding secondary object support to include additional layers, reports can leverage multiple one-to-many relationships between business objects to provide comprehensive information about how business objects relate to one another. By not requiring the user to navigate among multiple reports or dashboards, this feature increases user efficiency and ensures that report data appears in the proper context of the user's business object ecosystem. #### Impact analysis - Interface options: - Web UI - Business segment impacts: - All business segments (both Owners and Partners) ## System features The following new or updated system functionality is included in this release. ### Improve Performance When Creating Dashboards Based on Large Reports This release includes updates to improve system performance when creating dashboards with multiple reports having more than 10,000 records. #### Impact analysis - Interface options: - None - Business segment impacts: - All business segments (both Owners and Partners) ## Resolved issues ### Report Builder, version 2025.1.2 The following issues are resolved in this release. The prefixes are for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and do not mean anything to customers. ID Interface Issue Description **TL-73728: Links to Reports in Side Menu Do Not Work** Web UI In MINT, selecting a report in the side menu sometimes displays the wrong report in the content area of the page. This issue is resolved. ### Report Builder, version 2025.1.1 The following issues are resolved in this release. The prefixes are for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and do not mean anything to customers. ID Interface Issue Description **TL-69468: Dashboard Components Do Not Appear** Web UI Due to a backend error, existing dashboards do not appear correctly in the UI.
