The following apps are impacted by this release and will be updated to the version listed: - Solution Builder, version 2024.4Solutions supported by this app version: - OPUS Solution Environment, version 4.0 The features below are in order of functional relevance (i.e. the typical order in which a user executes a function or task).  These release notes are subject to change based on the deployment of the release. In the event of changes, the release notes and any related documentation will be updated within one week of release deployment. Deployment completion can be confirmed in the TraceLink Release Notice email. ### Revisions Date Revision Description 19 Nov 2024 01 Initial version. 21 Nov 2024 02 The following updates have been made since the previous revision was distributed:- Updated the release date from 19 Nov 2024 to 21 Nov 2024. ## API features There is no new or updated API functionality included in this release. ## System features The following new or updated system functionality is included in this release. These features are changes to the app to support another feature and do not have any impacts on their own. ### View Status while Moving and Saving Solutions This feature includes support to update the Solution Details page to display the status of operations related to moving and saving a solution, including any errors that occur. For more information about the corresponding solution feature, see the OPUS Solution Environment, solution version 4.0.0 release. #### Impact analysis The impacts for these features are the same as the View Status while Moving and Saving Solutions feature in the OPUS Solution Environment, version 4.0 release. ### Add Custom Groups and Group Collections to Primary Business Object Types This feature includes support for configuring primary business object types by adding and editing custom groups or custom collections. For more information about the corresponding solution feature, see the OPUS Solution Environment, solution version 4.0.0 release. #### Impact analysis The impacts for these features are the same as the Add Custom Groups and Group Collections to Primary Business Object Types feature in the OPUS Solution Environment, version 4.0 release. ## Resolved issues ### Solution Builder 2024.4.0 The following issues are resolved in this release. The prefixes are for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and do not mean anything to customers. ID Interface Issue Description **TL-52228: Workflow Editor Fails to Edit a Workflow** Web UI Some attempts to update workflows fail due to a backend configuration issue. This issue is resolved. **TL-52165: Standard Solution Developers Cannot Search for Workflows** Web UI Users with the Standard Solution Developer role are not able to search for workflows. This issue is resolved. **TL-51579: Search Page Times Out With More Than 1,000 Objects** Web UI When a company has more than 1,000 instances of an object type, the Search page times out when searching for the object instances. This issue is resolved. **TL-51566: Page Names Do Not Allow Spaces** Web UI Page names for New, Search, and View/Edit pages cannot include spaces. This issue is resolved. **TL-51538: System Does Not Validate Permissions When Disconnecting an Object Type** Web UI Solution Developers can remove all pages that connect an object to a solution when the object has permissions granted to a role in the solution. This issue is resolved. **TL-50797: Target Page Type Dropdown Displays Incorrect Page Fields** Web UI Selecting a value in the Target Page Type drop-down does not show and hide the correct page fields. This issue is resolved. **TL-50306: Paging Info is Not Properly Displayed Based on Query Results** Web UI When searching for pages in a solution, a backend error causes the wrong number of rows per page to be displayed. This issue is resolved. **TL-49703: Target Page Type and Default Group Lookup by Volume Fields Do Not Filter By Solution** Web UI The search results for Target Page Type and Default Group Lookup By Value fields are not filtered to show only pages tied to the same solution as the menu being edited. This issue is resolved. **TL-49283: Search Solutions Page Does Not Show Application Display Name** Web UI The Search Solutions page does not show the app's display name in the Application Name column. This issue is resolved. **TL-48809: Filter Results on Search Authorizations Page** Web UI Solution Developers cannot filter results on the Search Authorizations page. This issue is resolved. **TL-48808: Sort Contents of Search Solutions Page** Web UI The Search Solutions page does not allow Solution Developers to sort on the Application Name, Solution Name, or Version column. This issue is resolved. **TL-35913: Sort Contents of Search Solutions Page** Web UI The Search Solutions page does not allow Solution Developers to sort on the Application Name, Solution Name, or Version column.
