The following apps are impacted by this release and will be updated to the version listed: - Solution Builder, version 2024.5.1Solutions supported by this app version: - OPUS Solution Environment, version 5.1.0 The features below are in order of functional relevance (i.e. the typical order in which a user executes a function or task).  These release notes are subject to change based on the deployment of the release. In the event of changes, the release notes and any related documentation will be updated within one week of release deployment. Deployment completion can be confirmed in the TraceLink Release Notice email. ### Patch releases The following patches are released for this version: - Solution Builder, version 2024.5.1 is available on Validation and Production on 28 Jan 2025. These patches are cumulative, and the most recent patch release includes functionality from all previous versions. ### Revisions Date Revision Description 19 Dec 2024 01 Initial version. 28 Jan 2025 02 Issue information for the Solution Builder, version 2024.5.1 release is added: - 2 issues are added to Resolved issues. - 0 issues are added to Known issues. ## API features There is no new or updated API functionality included in this release. ## System features The following new or updated system functionality is included in this release. These features are changes to the app to support another feature and do not have any impacts on their own. ### Add File Attachment Fields to All Page Types This feature includes support to allow Solution Designers to add and configure File Attachment fields in New, View/Edit, and Search pages. For more information about the corresponding solution feature, see the OPUS Solution Environment, solution version 5.0.0 release. #### Impact analysis The impacts for these features are the same as the Add File Attachment Fields to All Page Types feature in the OPUS Solution Environment, version 5.1.0 release. ### View Notifications for Moving and Saving Solutions This feature includes support for displaying notifications when operations related to moving and saving solutions are performed. For more information about the corresponding solution feature, see the OPUS Solution Environment, solution version 5.0.0 release. #### Impact analysis The impacts for these features are the same as the View Notifications for Moving and Saving Solutions feature in the OPUS Solution Environment, version 5.1.0 release. ### Configure Menu Items to Display Reports and Dashboards This feature includes support for adding menu items that are associated with a specific version of a report or dashboard to the side menu panel. For more information about the corresponding solution feature, see the OPUS Solution Environment, solution version 5.0.0 release. #### Impact analysis The impacts for these features are the same as the Configure Menu Items to Display Reports and Dashboards feature in the OPUS Solution Environment, version 5.1.0 release. ### Configure Menu Items with Additional Context Parameters This feature includes support for configuring menu items with additional page context parameters using JSON code snippets. For more information about the corresponding solution feature, see the OPUS Solution Environment, solution version 5.0.0 release. #### Impact analysis The impacts for these features are the same as the Configure Menu Items with Additional Context Parameters feature in the OPUS Solution Environment, version 5.1.0 release. ## Resolved issues ### Solution Builder 2024.5.1 The following issues are resolved in this release. The prefixes are for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and do not mean anything to customers. ID Interface Issue Description **TL-60318: Error in Base Object Type Query** Web UI Typeaheads in Base Object Type fields display empty strings. This issue is resolved. **TL-59349: Notification Templates Missing from Solution Package** None Due to a backend error, Solution Builder, version 2024.5.0 does not include notification templates. This issue is resolved. ### Solution Builder 2024.5.0 The following issue is resolved in this release. The prefix is for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and does not mean anything to customers. ID Interface Issue Description **TL-47189: Lookup by Reference Fields are Case-Sensitive** Web UI Lookup by Reference fields are case-sensitive, but they should be case-insensitive. This issue is resolved. ## Known issues ### Solution Builder 2024.5.1 There are no known issues in this release. ### Solution Builder 2024.5.0 The following known issues are included in this release and will be fixed in a future patch release.
