Deployment completion can be confirmed in the TraceLink Release Notice email. ### Revisions Date Revision Description 04 Sep 2025 01 Initial version. 12 Jun 2025 02 The following updates have been made since the previous revision was distributed:- 0 issues are added to Resolved issues. - 0 issues are added to Known issues. ## API features ### Standard Link Actions, version 2025.3.0 The following new or updated API functionality is included in this release. #### Exchange data with Creatio via MINT Standard Link Actions Companies can use Standard Link Actions to asynchronously exchange data between TraceLink and Creatio ERP system with OAuth2 authentication. The XTT-Link-Actions app uses JavaScript code snippets to interact with external systems directly. Connecting directly to external systems enables Multienterprise Information Network Tower to use XTT javascript snippets to interact with external ERP systems and automatically pull transactions from and send transactions to external systems in the formats used natively by those systems. TraceLink pulling and pushing transactions in formats native to external systems enables companies to use Multienterprise Information Network Tower and continue doing business in the formats they do today without having to convert their data into additionally formats accepted by TraceLink. The javascript code for a link action is stored is stored in the Global Catalog Exchange (GCX) or the Shared Catalog Manager (SCM). #### Advance Shipment Notices Inbound Standard Link Actions uses the advance shipment notices API to pull Advance Shipment Notice transactions from the Creatio ERP system. A Creatio advance shipment notice procures detailed information about the shipment's contents, logistics, and expected delivery date After TraceLink receives and processes the Advance Shipment Notices transaction, it is available for users to view or edit in the Web UI. The following new message is available for advance shipment notice in this release: - STD\_Transform\_MPL\_Creatio\_AdvanceShipNotice\_IB\_V1 Impact analysis - Interface options: - API - Business segment impacts: - All business segments for both Owners and Partners #### Invoice Inbound Standard Link Actions uses the invoice API to pull Invoice transactions from the Creatio ERP system. A Creatio invoice serves as a formal request for payment for goods that are shipped or services delivered. After TraceLink receives and processes the invoice transaction, the transaction becomes available for users to view or edit in the Web UI. The following new message is available for purchase order in this release: - STD\_Transform\_MPL\_Creatio\_Invoice\_IB\_V1 Impact analysis - Interface options: - API - Business segment impacts: - All business segments for both Owners and Partners #### Purchase Order Outbound Standard Link Actions uses purchase order API to push the Purchase Order transaction to Creatio ERP. A Creatio purchase order procures goods or services from a vendor or supplier. After TraceLink receives and processes the purchase order transaction, the transaction becomes available for users to view or edit in the Web UI. The following new message is available for purchase order in this release: - STD\_Transform\_MPL\_Creatio\_PurchaseOrder\_OB\_V1 Impact analysis - Interface options: - API - Business segment impacts: - All business segments for both Owners and Partners #### Purchase Order Acknowledgment Inbound Standard Link Actions uses purchase order API to pull the Purchase Order transaction from Creatio ERP. A Creatio purchase order acknowledgment receives confirmation from a supplier regarding a previously issued purchase order. After TraceLink receives and processes the purchase order acknowledgment transaction, the transaction becomes available for users to view or edit in the Web UI. The following new message is available for purchase order in this release: - STD\_Transform\_MPL\_Creatio\_PurchaseOrderAck\_IB\_V1 Impact analysis - Interface options: - API - Business segment impacts: - All business segments for both Owners and Partners #### Warehouse Ship Order Inbound Standard Link Actions uses the warehouse ship order API to pull the Warehouse Ship Order transaction from Creatio ERP. A Creatio warehouse ship order notifies or initiates a shipping process from a warehouse or third-party logistics provider (3PL) to synchronize inventory and shipping data between ERP and warehouse systems. After TraceLink receives and processes the warehouse ship order transaction, it is available for users to view or edit in the Web UI. The following new message is available for sales order transaction in this release: - STD\_Transform\_MPL\_Creatio\_WarehouseShipOrder\_IB\_V1 Impact analysis - Interface options: - API - Business segment impacts: - All business segments for both Owners and Partners #### Warehouse Ship Advice Outbound Standard Link Actions uses the warehouse ship advice API to push the Warehouse Ship Advice transaction to Creatio ERP. A Creatio warehouse ship advice notifies the downstream partners that goods have been shipped from a warehouse or third-party logistics provider (3PL). After TraceLink receives and processes the warehouse ship advice transaction, it is available for users to view or edit in the Web UI. The following new message is available for sales order transaction in this release: - STD\_Transform\_MPL\_Creatio\_WarehouseShipAdvice\_OB\_V1 Impact analysis - Interface options: - API - Business segment impacts: - All business segments for both Owners and Partners #### Credit and Debit Adjustment Inbound Standard Link Actions uses the credit and debit adjustment API to pull the Credit and Debit Adjustment transaction from Creatio ERP. A Creatio credit and debit adjustment reflects adjustments to financial transactions such as over payments, underpayments, returns, pricing errors, or service disputes. After TraceLink receives and processes the credit and debit adjustment, it is available for users to view or edit in the Web UI.
