Background
Josh Sheldon serves as Vice President & General Manager of Track & Trace Agentic Business Processes at TraceLink, where he leads efforts to advance the business, drive customer success, and accelerate the adoption of solutions that help life sciences companies improve supply chain operations.
Since joining TraceLink, Josh has held progressively senior leadership positions, helping establish and scale the company's Network Success operations and develop global teams responsible for supporting customers and trading partners throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain. His leadership has contributed to improving operational processes, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the growth of TraceLink's global business network.
In 2015, Josh received TraceLink's Customer Ownership Award in recognition of his commitment to customer success, operational innovation, and team leadership and in 2025 received the Sales Team Special Recognition Award for his collaborative and innovative spirit in assisting the Sales Team with opportunities within Supply Chain digitalization.
Josh holds an MBA from Boston University School of Management. He served on the leadership team of CADSTI-New England, an organization supporting science, technology, and economic development initiatives in the Caribbean, is a founder of the Dads Group of Greater Boston PFLAG, serves as a board member of the Massachusetts Commission for LGBTQ Youth and is a member of The Dads Foundation.
