We are building a more intelligent, linked, and resilient supply chain
Our Purpose
We link companies, systems, and people into one intelligent, agentic supply network — so the products the world depends on arrive safely, on time, and for the greater good.
Our Mission
To power the transformation to an Agentic Supply Chain Operating Model by linking companies, systems, partners, transactions, processes, intelligence, and governed OPUS Agents across the end-to-end supply chain.
Our Vision
A world where no critical shortage goes unanticipated and no disruption goes unanswered — where supply chains adapt in real time to keep people, economies, and communities thriving.
Our Five Values
People are intrinsic to our business.
We value and respect each other, our customers, our shareholders, and our partners.
Integrity is everything.
We communicate transparently with all of our stakeholders — internal and external — in order to build and maintain trust and achieve excellence.
Leadership to drive industry-wide transformation.
We strive to be experts, share our knowledge openly, and collaborate fairly in order to create massive value and generate change.
Innovation enables us to build tomorrow's solutions today.
We are big thinkers. We embrace the confluence of new paradigms and technologies to institute lasting transformational value.
Results determine our success.
As a company that supports the critical needs of our customers, we can’t waiver on accountability. We drive hard to make our customers successful.
We put the values to work
Ten principles guide how every TraceLink leader hires, decides, and coaches. They apply to everyone, at every level.
Empower and enable others to work as one team
Leaders hold extremely high standards, listen attentively, speak candidly, and build others up. Coaching is practiced daily.
Foster a culture of trust and open communication
Leaders mean what they say and say what they mean. They disagree respectfully, never belittle, and commit fully to the decision of the team.
Work as one team
The best solutions are never one person’s idea. Leaders seek other opinions, pressure-test thinking, and leave title and level at the door.
Establish purpose before action
Leaders spend less time putting out fires and more time preventing them — asking questions and understanding impact before building a plan.
Do the right thing, even when it isn’t easy
Leaders focus on what is right for TraceLink and our customers, even when it means standing alone.
Be curious, think big, and step outside your comfort zone
Leaders are never done learning and challenge the status quo. Thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Encourage innovation and calculated risk-taking
Leaders rely on research, data, and experience — they know speed matters, but moving too fast is an unnecessary risk.
Show grit and resilience through extreme ownership
Leaders relentlessly pursue their goals and never settle for “good enough.” They never say “that’s not my job.”
Know the customer
We only succeed when our customers succeed. Leaders start with the customer and work backwards — and never take one for granted.
Hold others accountable to high standards
Leaders never sacrifice integrity for results. They hire and advance people who raise the bar.
Our people make the network work
Our network holds the customers who trust us with mission-critical Processes, the employees who build and run them, and the partners who extend its reach — all of them working toward the same patient at the end of the chain.
Customers
Manufacturers, distributors, pharmacies, and logistics providers — 1,750+ companies that rely on us for the transactions, Processes, and visibility their patients depend on.
Employees
The backgrounds, experiences, and cultures our people bring are what make our solutions work for a global supply chain. We champion differing viewpoints and practice transparency from leadership.
Partners
Solution, integration, and consulting partners extend what the network can do — linking their expertise to customers digitalizing regulated, multienterprise Processes.
In Their Own Words
Working at the forefront of advancing the pharmaceutical supply chain offers an immense sense of fulfillment. Every team member deeply understands the importance of ensuring patients receive their essential medications promptly — many of us have personally seen loved ones affected by supply chain inefficiencies. I take great pride in being part of a company that is leading the charge in addressing these challenges.

My journey here began as an intern, and the experience was truly transformative. The opportunities I was given to take ownership of real projects early on helped me grow rapidly, and I was fortunate to convert my internship into a full-time role — a testament to the trust the team placed in me. Since then, my career has thrived through meaningful challenges and great mentorship.

After nearly two years at TraceLink, I am genuinely happy to say my experience has been nothing but positive. We have strong benefits, I am fairly compensated for my role, and — most importantly — I am supported by a team and leadership that make me feel truly seen and heard. That environment has let me strengthen my skill set and grow with confidence.

The role we play in the supply chain
Integrity is the cornerstone of TraceLink. We sit between the companies that make medicine and the people who need it — trusted with the product identity, the transactions, and the Processes that determine whether a patient is treated on time. That position sets the standard for how we communicate, how we govern data, and what work OPUS Agents are allowed to perform.
Product identity, end to end
Serialized identity and traceability across company boundaries — so counterfeits and diversion have nowhere to enter the supply chain.
Compliance in every market
U.S. DSCSA and global regulatory mandates, met on one network — as requirements change, our customers change with them without re-integrating.
Governed agentic execution
Every Task and Decision an OPUS Agent executes is permissioned, auditable, and traceable to an objective a human set. Trusted execution is a design requirement, not a setting.
Transparency with every stakeholder
Transparent communication with customers, partners, regulators, and each other. Open dialogue is what earns the trust the industry places in us.
What We Network For
End-to-end visibility and collaboration across trading partners
Resilience and agility when disruption hits the network
Product availability for every patient, in every market
Elimination of counterfeits and diversion worldwide
Independently audited, continuously verified
Security, quality, and AI management systems certified and attested by independent auditors and accreditation bodies.
We built the standards the industry runs on
Being an industry leader is not a claim, it is a record. Over two decades we helped establish the world standards for product identity, traceability, and transaction visibility that the industry now runs on — and replaced point-to-point integration with a network every partner can link to once.
We hone that expertise in the open: active in GS1, BSMA, HDA, and the Partnership for DSCSA Governance, and recognized by IDC, Gartner, and Healthcare Innovation for the direction we are taking the supply chain.
Executive Leadership

Board of Directors

2003
Founded as SupplyScape, out of MIT
A team in Cambridge, Massachusetts set out to protect patients from counterfeit medicines — starting from the premise that product identity had to be verifiable across company boundaries, not just inside one enterprise.
2005
The first ePedigree compliance application
SupplyScape introduced ePedigree compliance and product verification, laying the technical groundwork that would later inform the U.S. Drug Supply Chain Security Act.
2009
SupplyScape becomes TraceLink
The company was renamed around a larger ambition: bring visibility, collaboration, and intelligence to the global life sciences and healthcare supply chain — and help establish world standards for product identity, traceability, and transaction visibility.
2017–2021
One integration, every trading partner
The Integrate-Once™ model replaced point-to-point integration. Companies link once to the TraceLink Network and interoperate across systems, formats, transactions, and communication channels — eliminating billions in integration cost across the industry.
2022–2024
Digitalizing transactions, processes, and product movement
MINT, POET, and Track-and-Trace digitalized business transactions, multienterprise collaborative processes, and serialized product events on a shared OPUS Metadata Model — creating the real-time operational context the network runs on.
2025–PRESENT
The Agentic Supply Chain Operating System
Built on the OPUS Platform, TraceLink now delivers Agentic Business Processes, Agentic Control Towers, and the Integrate-Once™ Agentic Business Network — so human teams and governed OPUS Agents perform work together across regulated, multienterprise supply chains.
Big thinking, built for mission critical operations
Innovation is how tomorrow's solutions get built today. We explore new paradigms and technologies — then do the harder work of making them safe to run inside a regulated, multienterprise supply chain. The Agentic Supply Chain Operating System, built on the OPUS Platform, is what that work has produced: the software foundation that powers the Agentic Supply Chain Operating Model.
Integrate-Once™ Agentic Business Network
Link once and interoperate with every trading partner across systems, formats, transactions, and channels — eliminating billions in point-to-point integration cost.
OPUS Platform and OPUS Agents
No-code, enterprise vertical AI agents created as governed users and assigned to human managers — performing work as governed teammates, with the operational context of the whole network behind them.
Agentic Business Processes
Multienterprise Processes where human teams and governed OPUS Agents perform work together on one shared model of transactions, product movement, and partner state.
Agentic Control Towers
The intelligence and action environment where humans and OPUS Agents monitor, decide, and take governed action across the end-to-end supply network — predicting shortages, surfacing risk, and cutting recall time from weeks to hours.
Engineered For
Massive Scale
Billions of transactions across a network of hundreds of thousands of trading partners.
High Availability
Mission-critical uptime for operations that cannot pause when medicines are moving.
Security by Design
Protection built into the architecture, not layered on after the fact.
Continuous Compliance
Regulatory change absorbed as it happens, across every market we serve.
Awards & Recognition
Analysts, industry bodies, and our own employees have recognized TraceLink for innovation, thought leadership, and culture — every year since 2017.

Our success is measured by yours
We support mission-critical needs, so we say what we are going to do and then do it. The clearest evidence is the network itself: every company that links makes every other company's supply chain more visible, and the growth compounds.
