“Getting aggregation issues resolved before they get out our door and before they reach our customer's distribution center or 3PL is absolutely critical. The last thing we want is to have products coming back our way for rework.”
Daryl Chin
Engineering Manager
Contract Pharmaceuticals Limited

In this example from the Russia market, TraceLink Solutions Consultant Rich Basile shows CPL’s Daryl Chin, how companies can use Serialized Product Intelligence to track aggregated products across multiple geographies and compliance mandates. Using combinations of product names and lot numbers, companies can use SPI to run fast queries to understand the history and status of products packaged for Russia—and ensure that the correct aggregation has been captured before the cases and pallets go to a 3PL or external warehouse.
