The loop runs continuously

From purchase order sent to acknowledgment confirmed — before the SLA clock runs out

01 Observe

A purchase order goes out

You send a purchase order to a CMO over the TraceLink network, the same way you do today.

MINT standardizes and validates it in real time — and starts the clock on the acknowledgment your contract requires. One link to the network, not one integration per CMO.

Integrate-Once™: CMO and format changes are absorbed by the network, not by your backlog.

The unanswered order triggers the agent — no one starts it
02 Reason

The agent analyzes

The moment a purchase order goes unacknowledged, the agent starts. No one assigns it.

Four checks catch a silent purchase order before it becomes a production delay, each answered from business transactions you already exchange with your CMOs.

Was it acknowledged in time? Checked against the SLA clock that started when the order left your network link. Is every line covered? Checked against the acknowledgment line by line, so a partial response never reads as complete. Do quantity and date match? Checked against the ordered quantity and requested delivery date, so a changed commitment is caught on receipt. Is it about to breach? Checked against the hours remaining, so the follow-up goes out before the SLA passes, not after.
Every open order and change is evaluated, not a sample — and always before the SLA breaches.

The work is performed

The agent can start a shared process collaboration: it brings its evidence, your supply planner owns the decision, and the CMO answers in the same thread. One process running across two companies — not an email chain that ends in someone's inbox.

The agent raises the supplier incident for a late or changed line, attaches the order line, SLA clock, and any change to quantity or delivery date, and proposes the follow-up. The supply planner owns the exception, decides what to chase, and speaks for your company. The CMO responds in the same process, on the network — no portal to log into, no re-keying.
The CMO's answer comes back onto the order, so your production plan, and later the invoice match, rests on a settled fact rather than an assumption.

Decisions that drive business outcomes

Every status the agent assigns — acknowledged, outstanding, or past SLA — lands in the log with its evidence attached. A person makes the call and follows up with the CMO.

It recommends. People decide. The agent never cancels an order, changes a delivery date, or makes a commitment to a CMO. It reads. It never changes your data. It works from business transactions already flowing over your network link. Your ERP stays the system of record. Everything is on the record. Every recommendation, its evidence, and the decision that followed are written to the CMO Purchase Order Response Decision Log — reproducible for an auditor months later.
Captured decisions become the intelligence your experts use to refine the agent’s rules.

Manage all agentic activity in one place

The Agentic Control Tower is the working surface for your agentic workforce: process health, the exception queue, agent sessions to review. Reports and dashboards turn that activity into data you use to tune where agents run and what they handle.

Everything the solution includes

This is a complete Agentic Business Process — the agent, the business transactions it reasons over, the collaborative processes that resolve exceptions across companies, and the visibility to run it all.

CMO Purchase Order Response Monitor The governed OPUS Agent, defined in business language by your team through IOTDR.
Business transactions Purchase order, acknowledgment, and change documents standardized across every CMO.
Collaborative processes Cross-company supplier incident workflows for chasing acknowledgments, plus the decision log.
Agentic Control Tower Where external manufacturing teams monitor process health, prioritize exceptions, and review agent sessions.
Reports & dashboards Real-time visibility from purchase order sent through acknowledgment and production start.

Value that compounds with every purchase order

100% Of open purchase orders checked against the SLA, not the ones someone remembers
30–50% Fewer past-SLA acknowledgments
~60% Less planner time spent chasing CMOs for acknowledgments
1–2 days Earlier warning of a production slot at risk

Target ranges for the CMO Purchase Order Response Monitor, pending your business value analysis. Your figures are baselined against your own transaction data during the Agentic Accelerator Program, so the business case is demonstrated against your own operation.

One agent. A complete operating model behind it.

The CMO Purchase Order Response Monitor is the Agentic Supply Chain Operating Model in action — one governed OPUS Agent within the transformation TraceLink powers, where human expertise and agentic work combine across the end-to-end supply network.

Every layer is configured around your own operating model, business rules, and standard operating procedures. No custom software development.

01 Agentic Supply Chain Operating Model The transformation itself: a way of running supply chain operations where human teams and governed OPUS Agents work together across the end-to-end supply chain.
02 Agentic Supply Chain Operating System The software foundation that powers the operating model. Powered by the OPUS Platform, it is where you create, deploy, govern, and scale specialized OPUS Agents that work alongside your people.
03 Agentic Business Processes The work model: human teams and governed OPUS Agents performing operational work together through shared objectives, rules, and measurable outcomes. Procure-to-Pay for the MAH is one of many.
04 Agentic Control Towers The intelligence environment: the knowledge, reasoning, and operational context humans and OPUS Agents use to monitor, manage, decide, and perform work in real time.
05 Integrate-Once™ Agentic Business Network The governed multienterprise foundation: link once to the network and exchange trusted business transactions with every trading partner — no point-to-point integrations.

Three ways to get here. One is already built.

The AI models are available to everyone. The difference is where the agent's evidence and governance come from — and who has to build and maintain them.

Path one Build it in-house Point-to-point integrations to every trading partner have to exist before the agent can see a single purchase order — built and funded by you alone. Governance, audit trails, and validation for a regulated supply chain are designed from scratch. Every partner change, format change, and policy change lands on your team’s backlog — permanently. Years of platform work before the first purchase order is tracked.
Path two A general AI platform Strong models and tooling — but no knowledge of your industry’s transactions, partners, or processes. Cross-company data is still sourced, mapped, and maintained integration by integration. Governance is a consulting engagement: scope, rules, and audit design built for you over time. A platform to build on — the supply chain part is still your project.
The TraceLink path Agentic Business Process The network already exists: 315,000+ authenticated businesses, 339,000+ active supply chain links, hundreds of billions of annual supply chain exchanges, one Integrate-Once™ link. Governance is native — scope, rules, guardrails, and decision logs on trusted, certified infrastructure (ISO/IEC 42001:2023 for AI management systems, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II) built for regulated supply chains. The agent is purpose-built for this process and defined in business language — configuration, not code. Proven against your own purchase orders through the Agentic Accelerator Program — before you deploy.

The Agentic Accelerator Program

A structured path from discovery to production. Each stage has a clear owner and exit criteria: we define the agent with your team, quantify the value against your own transaction data, and demonstrate the transformed process end to end — so the deployment decision is grounded in evidence from your own operation.

01 Agent Definition Configure the agent’s profile, business logic, and workflows against the approved blueprint.
02 Business Value Analysis Quantify KPI impact, operational gains, and ROI against your own transaction data.
03 Proof of Value The working agent performs the transformed process end to end, in front of your team.
04 Proposal Deployment recommendation, scope, roadmap, and an outcome-based commercial model.
05 Deployment Production at scale, across your full trading-partner network.

Your network is the reason you can act now

If you exchange purchase orders and acknowledgments with your CMOs on the TraceLink network, the foundation is largely in place. Your existing trading-partner relationships, live transaction flows, and network readiness are what make this deployable now.

We will show you which transactions are already live across your own trading partners, and exactly what closing any gap takes.
