Background
Nick Camelio, Chief People Officer at TraceLink, has global responsibilities for human resources, talent acquisition, real estate and office operations, and corporate social responsibility programs. Since joining TraceLink in 2017, he has played a pivotal role in fostering the company's growth and innovation. Committed to cultivating talent, Nick designs strategic human resource programs and prioritizes the employee experience and value proposition to attract, develop, and retain talent. Before joining TraceLink, Nick led the global human resources function at Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and contributed to its remarkable growth, including a successful IPO in 2012 and the rapid expansion and development of its global workforce. Prior to this, he held executive leadership roles at Salary.com, BrassRing, IBM, and Lotus Development Corporation.
Nick holds a Bachelors of Science from Bentley University and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) through WorldatWork, and holds numerous coaching and assessment certifications.
