Resolved issues

Administration, version 2024.1.1

The following issues are resolved in this release. The prefixes are for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and do not mean anything to customers.

ID Interface Issue Description
36259: Unable to Add a User to the Responsible User at Accountable Entity Field Web UI

There is a check to count the number of Links created for a company. If the number of Partners for that company is a large number, the request is timed out and the Link is not created.

This issue is resolved.

36395: The Role Value of the Owner Company is Not Populated Web UI

After an Owner company is selected and a user adds an external user to an app or network, the user can add a user name, select a team and specify a role. The role value is not displaying the correct results.

This issue is resolved.

Administration, version 2024.1.0

The following issues are resolved in this release. The prefixes are for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and do not mean anything to customers.

ID Interface Issue Description
33079: Existing Product Track Partner Membership Not Updated When New Subscriber Link Added Web UI

An issue occurs when a System Administrator creates a service Link and adds a partner company user as a subscriber. If the System Administrator deletes the service Link and attempts to add the same service Link back and re-adds the same user as a member of the service Link, the existing Product Track service membership is not updated.

This issue is resolved.

33146: After Adding a User as member to a Link, the Page Auto Navigates to the Why TraceLink page when the User Refreshes the Page

Web UI

After adding a user as member to a Link and refreshing the page, a user is directed to the Why TraceLink page.

This issue is resolved.

34361: Duplicate Process Network Not Displaying Error Messages Web UI

When a System Administrator attempts to create a new process network using a name for an existing process network, an error message is not displayed and no new process network is created since one already exists with that name. The system should indicate the process network with that name already exists.

This issue is resolved.

34532: Linked Entity Filter Not Displaying Partner Entity Value in the Classic Links UI Drop down

Web UI

The linked entity filter does not find the Partner entities for the selected network in the classic Links UI and it is displaying duplicate entries for the owner's entity in the drop down.

This issue is resolved.

34533: Failed Links UI Not Displaying Data for Application Administrators on Owner Company Web UI

The failed Links tab is not displaying any failed Links for Application Administrators. System Administrators can see the failed Links.

This issue is resolved.

Known issues
