UI Features
The following new or updated functionality will be included in this release.Enable Company Location Linking in the Opus Web UI and via API
This feature enables users with the role to allow a company location to link to a network or an app using the new icon in the opus Web UI. IT System Administrators must allow linking for a location before Application Administrators can link those locations to a network or app. A System Administrator can link their internal location to another company location or a trade partner who owns a TraceLink Network can link to a specific location within the company. For example, a trade partner who also owns a TraceLink Network can link to a specific location within your company to set up recall locations.
To successfully link, a company location must match at least one identifier that TraceLink has for the company. If linking is enabled, Application Administrators that are allowed to create links and trade partners that you are connected to in Partner Master Data can link to a specific location. If a company location is already enabled or inactive, then the Allow Linking icon is disabled. Both Opus and Track & Trace Services (TTS) customers can enable company location linking.

Enhance the Export CSV Element Headers and the Opus Web UI
This feature includes exported CSV header and UI enhancements, including new conventions for exported CSV file names, updates to element headers in the CSV file (company location, Partner, Partner location, or product) so they match the text in the UI, and the ability to add multiple identifiers in the Add Identifier overlay panel.
The exported CSV file names now adhere to the following naming conventions:
- Product Master Data: Products_YYYYMMDD_[unique ID].csv
- Company Location: Company_Locations_YYYYMMDD_[unique ID].csv
- Partner: Partners_YYYYMMDD_[unique ID].csv
- Partner Location: Partner_Locations_YYYYMMDD_[unique ID].csv
This feature also allows users to add multiple company, company location, Partner, or Partner location identifiers that apps use to find the entity and pull its information into other apps in an overlay panel for a specific company, company location, Partner, or Partner location, This release allows users to also add multiple identifiers directly in the Add Identifier overlay panel by selecting the Add icon to add another Type drop-down and Value field. Prior to this release, users could only add or edit multiple identifiers on the View Administer screens.
The edit overlay panel only allows users to edit one identifier at a time.
