This is an introductory course on OPUS Solution Environment (OSE), covering its architecture, user interface navigation, and key configuration tasks. Participants will learn how to prepare the solution for configuration then how to configure pages, menu items, roles, and workflows. Finally, they will learn how to release and apply the configured company solution to a network.
After completing this course, learners should be able to:
- Explain the role of POET (Process Orchestration for Empowered Teams) within the OPUS platform
- Identify the core features and value drivers of POET for multi-enterprise collaboration
- Manage work items using workflow states and transitions
- Demonstrate real-world use case scenarios for work item processing
- Navigate and utilize the POET user interface for collaboration and task execution
- Apply POET workflows to real-world use cases such as compliance exceptions, audits, and inspections
- Leverage POET marketplace solutions to support standardized and customized business processes.
