If you have drop-ship vendors that are TraceLink customers, TraceLink generates transaction histories (THs) for the sale. You can view the THs on the Transaction Histories portal of the TraceLink Community Hub.

If you already have a TraceLink account:

  1. Log in.
  2. Click the Community link on the TraceLink header menu.
  3. Click the Transaction Histories link.
  4. Enter the vendor, the delivery number, and the access code your vendor has provided to locate the transaction history.

 If you do not yet have a TraceLink account:

  1. Register to create a TraceLink account.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click the Community link on the TraceLink header menu.
  4. Click the Transaction Histories link.
  5. Enter the vendor, the delivery number, and the access code your vendor has provided to locate the transaction history.
