Enhancements to SAP Configuration Fields
This release updates the Configure Location Integration Settings screen in Company Administration to provide additional support for SAP Configuration settings. The
and fields are updated to support a map of transaction types to values. The system automatically chooses the correct values from the provided lists depending on the message type. This allows Administrators to configure the and fields once per sender, reducing the number of configuration steps required and minimizing the risk of data entry errors.Impact analysis

Specify a Default Sort Column and Required Filters on a Search Page
Solution Designers can specify one or more columns to sort the search results on a Search page, the default sort column for search results, whether search results can be sorted by the values in a specific column, and whether a user is required to enter a mandatory filter before viewing the search results. These configurations give Solution Designers more control over the user's experience when they view a Search page, allowing the solution to present the most pertinent information in the search results without requiring the user to filter and sort the data manually.

Upgrade Pages and Roll Back Pages to Previous Snapshots
This release provides the following two enhancements for managing existing pages in a solution:
- When a page type is updated to a new version, Solution Designers have the option to upgrade their pages to use the updated features from the new page type version or continue to use the previous page type version. When a new page type version is available, a flag displays on each affected page, giving Solution Designers immediate visibility when a page type update affects their pages without having to manually track page type versions. Giving Solution Designers the ability to opt in to the updates ensures that page type updates are made only when the Solution Designer chooses, not automatically without the Solution Designer's knowledge.
- Solution Designers can roll a page back to a previous revision. When a Solution Designer saves a page, a snapshot of the page is created and the Solution Designer can later roll the page back to a previous snapshot. This feature allows Solution Designers to manage their page revisions in a manner they are already familiar with.
Solution Designers are not able to roll pages back to a version prior to the release of OPUS Platform, Orff Release 2025.1.0.

View and Clear Applied Filters in Search Pages
This release introduces a new pill component on Search pages. The pill appears as an oval above the results table and contains the name of any filters that have been applied to the search results. Select the
button on the pill component to remove the filter, or remove all filters by selecting the link. The pill component allows users to immediately see if the search results are filtered without having to open the Filters push panel, reducing confusion caused by hidden results. Users can still remove any applied filters by using the Filters panel as in previous releases, but the pill component allows them to remove filters more efficiently.Impact analysis

Enhancements to All Page Types
This release includes the following improvements for Solution Developers when creating or editing pages of any page type:
- The appearance of Multi-Select Pick List fields is updated to display selected items as pill components in the field, allowing users to see a list of selected items while making additional selections. Users can remove selections either by selecting the checkbox next to the value in the drop-down or by selecting the button in the pill component.
- This release allows multiple menus to appear in the side menu as a single list, depending on the user's role and the permissions assigned to the menus.
- Solution Developers can specify rules on View/Edit pages to conditionally hide the Edit button.
- Solution Developers can specify whether selecting a View/Edit page in the side menu opens the page in View or Edit mode.
- Solution Developers can specify whether to display a top-level group in one or two columns.

Perform Operations on a Collection
This release enhances the user experience for performing operations on collection tables in New and View/Edit pages. When a panel for performing an operation on a collection table or one of its items (e.g. adding a row to the table, editing values in a row), if a user selects a different row in any collection table on the page that supports the same operation, then the panel refreshes to show data from the selected row. If the newly selected row does not support the operation, the panel closes. Previously, the panel always closed whenever the user selected a new row, which caused inefficiency and a poor user experience when performing the same operation on multiple rows.

Perform Multiple Actions from Lookup by Reference or Lookup by Value Fields
This release updates Lookup by Reference and Lookup by Value fields to allow Solution Designers to specify actions to occur when users make selections (e.g. opening a link in a new OPUS Ensemble tab, downloading a CSV file). If the field only allows one action, a
button is displayed next to each value, with a tooltip describing the action. If multiple actions are supported, a kebab menu appears and lists all possible actions. Previously, Lookup by Reference fields could include only clickable hyperlinks to the View/Edit page of the object whose name is selected in the field. By providing a wider range of actions when users select a value, this release gives Solution Designers more control over users' journeys and allows users to find information and perform actions immediately, without having to leave their current page.Impact analysis

Add Object Keys to Text-Based Fields in All Page Types
This release allows Solution Designers to use object keys in place of text when specifying properties for components in a Search, View/Edit, or New page. This allows values such as field names and assistive text to be automatically set based on the contents of another field (e.g. adding the value of a
field to the title of an field to clarify whose email is in the field).Impact analysis
