Release information

This document describes the TraceLink capabilities included in the Multienterprise Process Link, Standard Link Actions, version 2026.1.0 app release which is available on Validation on 14 Mar 2026 and Production on 04 Apr 2026.

These release notes are subject to change based on the deployment of the release. In the event of changes, the release notes and any related documentation will be updated within one week of release deployment. Deployment completion can be confirmed in the TraceLink Release Notice email.

The following new or updated API functionality is included in this release.

Exchange data with SAPHANA via MINT Standard Link Actions

Companies can use Standard Link Actions to asynchronously exchange data between TraceLink and the SAPHANA ERP system with OAuth2 authentication. The XTT-Link-Actions app uses JavaScript code snippets to interact with external systems directly. Connecting directly to external systems enables Multienterprise Information Network Tower to leverage XTT javascript snippets and automatically pull transactions from and send transactions to external systems in the formats used natively by those systems. TraceLink, pulling and pushing transactions in formats native to external systems enables companies to use Multienterprise Information Network Tower and continue doing business in the formats they do today without having to convert their data into additionally formats accepted by TraceLink. The javascript code for a link action is stored is stored in the Global Catalog Exchange (GCX) or the Shared Catalog Manager (SCM).

SAPHANA Advance Shipment Notice Inbound

Standard Link Actions uses the Advance Shipment Notice API to pull Advance Shipment Notice transactions from the SAPHANA ERP system into TraceLink. A SAPHANA advance shipment notice procures detailed information about the shipment's contents, logistics, and expected delivery date. After TraceLink receives and processes the Advance Shipment Notices transaction, it is available for users to view or edit in the Web UI.

SAPHANA Invoice Inbound

Standard Link Actions uses the Invoice API to pull Invoice transactions from the SAPHANA ERP system into TraceLink. A SAPHANA invoice serves as a formal request for payment for goods that are shipped or services delivered. After TraceLink receives and processes the Invoice transaction, the transaction becomes available for users to view or edit in the Web UI.

SAPHANA Purchase Order Acknowledgment Inbound

Standard Link Actions uses the Purchase Order Acknowledgment API to pull purchase order acknowledgment transactions from the SAPHANA ERP system into TraceLink. A SAPHANA purchase order acknowledgment confirms that a supplier has received and reviewed a previously issued purchase order. After TraceLink receives and processes the Purchase Order Acknowledgment transaction, the transaction becomes available for users to view or edit in the Web UI.

KINAXIS Forecast Plan Inbound

Standard Link Actions uses the Forecast Plan API to pull forecast plan transactions from the KINAXIS ERP system into TraceLink. A KINAXIS forecast plan provides projected quantities and schedules for products a company plans to purchase in the future. After TraceLink receives and processes the Forecast Plan transaction, the transaction becomes available for users to view or edit in the Web UI.
