Smart Event Manager creates and provides a serialized product event ledger, capturing, recording, and making available to business systems and users critical observations on serialized objects related to supply chain, warehouse, and retail / internal distribution network activities.
Products flowing within business operations (warehouses, distribution centers, retail / pharmacy locations, etc.) and across the supply chain can disappear into a black hole of visibility without the ability to know where they are and what actions / events are occurring to them.
- Inability to enable observation and capture data on serialized products as they are shipped, received, and transferred
- Difficulty in linking serialized products to existing warehouse and distribution operations
