Who can attend the live training sessions?
Any Plus or Premium subscriber can attend unlimited live training. We offer several live trainings a month on different topics. Every month we offer Serialization Set Up which is similar to serialization implementation training. In addition, we offer exclusive webinars called TLU Tech Talks where you can learn about TraceLink and industry topics from TraceLink experts.
When can I take the Track & Trace Services Administrator Certification course?
If you are a Premium Subscriber, you can self-enroll in an Administrator Certification course that fits your schedule. If you are completely new to the world of serialization and TraceLink, we recommend taking some “Getting Started” courses prior to enrolling.
