Thomas Ebling's extensive executive leadership experience and comprehensive knowledge of TraceLink and the software solutions industry make him a critical asset to TraceLink's board of directors.
Ebling is currently an XIR with General Catalyst. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Demandware from December 2009 to January 2017, during which Demandware grew from a privately held $20M company to a publicly traded company that was acquired by Salesforce in 2016 for $2.8B. Prior to his role at Demandware, Ebling served as Chief Executive Officer of Lattice Engines, a provider of sales and software solutions. Before that, he was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of ProfitLogic, an optimization solutions company, from 2002 until it was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2005. Earlier in his career, Ebling served as Chief Executive Officer of Torrent Systems, a data warehousing and analytics software provider, and he held various leadership positions at Marcam Solutions, a software applications company.
Ebling holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Williams College.
