Add File Attachment Fields to All Page Types

  • Downloading a solution from a catalog.
  • Performing a Save As operation on a solution from a catalog.
  • Creating a new solution version.

Configure Menu Items to Display Reports and Dashboards

Solution Designers can add menu items that are associated with a specific version of a report or dashboard to the side menu panel, incorporating content from OPUS Reports and Dashboards (ORD) directly into solutions. This allows users to get targeted data insight without having to navigate away from their solution into ORD.

Configure Menu Items with Additional Context Parameters

Solution Designers can configure menu items with additional page context parameters using JSON code snippets. This provides advanced Solution Designers with the ability to override the default appearance of pages, reports, or dashboards when a menu item is selected, allowing for a more targeted user experience. For example, Solution Designers can configure a View/Edit page so users will see the page in Edit mode by default instead of View mode. Other than their initial appearance, pages, reports, and dashboards configured with JSON code snippets behave identically to those without additional configuration. Using JSON code snippets is optional. Solution Designers are not required to use JSON to use OSE's core functionality.
