- Production Tracking
- Monitor production status and key production milestones throughout the production lifecycle
- Track materials produced and consumed across products, orders, and partners
- Digitally exchange and manage production POs and confirmations between customer and contract partners in a shared production operational dashboard
- Monitor key production milestones and investigate questions or issues through links to related POs, work orders, customer / supplier data, and other key business information
- Communicate order status, shipment and receipt confirmations, and other key production data to customer and partner stakeholders
- Inventory Monitoring
- View inventory balances across the partner ecosystem and locations for ingredients, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- View inventory balances by status (on-hand, on-hold, in quality inspection, on-order)
- Track and monitor both current and historical time series inventory data
- Reconcile and automate reporting of inventory data between customer and supply partners
- Delivery Tracking
- Provide shipment notifications and ASNs to suppliers and 3PLs for inbound deliveries, including logistics tracking information
- Communicate warehouse delivery pick orders to suppliers or 3PLs for outbound deliveries
- Receive pick / pack confirmation and shipment notifications from partners
- Monitor daily orders and investigate exceptions to plan
- Link delivery activities to production orders to close the loop on outsourced production
